SEOWebChecker provides automated technical web diagnostics designed to help webmasters, developers, and digital marketers assess and enhance on-page search engine optimization, web accessibility, performance, and compliance with modern standards. Our platform capabilities include:

4.1 Authorized Domain Submission

You expressly represent and warrant that you own, operate, or have obtained bona fide authorization from the legitimate owner or administrator to audit, crawl, or evaluate every Target URL submitted to our platform. Submitting URLs for malicious vulnerability scanning, surveillance, or unauthorized reconnaissance is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Respect for Robots Exclusion Standards & Rate Limits

Our crawlers respect standard `robots.txt` exclusion directives. You must not attempt to circumvent crawl restrictions, forge user-agent strings, or overload target hosts. Any request that generates unreasonable loads, triggers security alerts, or attempts to execute denial-of-service (DoS) conditions on third-party servers will result in immediate termination of your service access.

4.3 Strictly Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will NOT under any circumstances:

1. Submit Target URLs containing malicious payloads, phishing scams, trojans, ransomware, or illegal material;
2. Use our servers as an open proxy or intermediary to bypass geo-restrictions, firewalls, or Cloudflare/WAF safeguards of target servers;
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the proprietary source code of our scanning algorithms or scoring engine;
4. Sublicense, resell, time-share, or repackage raw SEOWebChecker audit feeds to third parties without an explicit enterprise partnership agreement;
5. Deploy automated bots, headless scripters, or scrapers against SEOWebChecker's own infrastructure in violation of our fair-use rate limits.

SEOWebChecker incorporates and supports verified web discovery, digital preservation, and direct search engine indexing protocols. To maintain internet compliance, search engine trust, and prevent abusive link schemes, all users must follow our indexing standards:

If you utilize the SEOWebChecker REST API, GraphQL endpoints, CLI utilities, or official SDKs (PHP, Python, JavaScript, Go, Swift, Ruby), the following developer provisions apply:

• API Key Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials. You must not expose API secrets in public git repositories, client-side browser code, or shared distribution channels.
• Fair Use & Rate Limiting: Standard accounts are subject to rate limiting (requests per minute and monthly audit allowances). Bypassing or attempting to circumvent rate-limiting headers (such as `X-RateLimit-Remaining`) using rotating proxy pools is a direct breach of these Terms.
• Service Quotas & Overages: If your integration exceeds authorized quota tiers, we reserve the right to throttle requests (HTTP 429 Too Many Requests) or temporarily suspend API access until the billing cycle resets or an upgraded plan is activated.
• Deprecation & Breaking Changes: While we endeavor to provide reasonable backward compatibility and at least 30 days' advance notice of endpoint deprecation, we reserve the right to deploy critical security updates and hotfixes immediately without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated, SEOWebChecker and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for the website, software, scanning heuristics, audit metrics, scoring algorithms, designs, graphic assets, trademarks, and documentation published on or through SEOWebChecker. All intellectual property rights are expressly reserved.

You may view, download, and/or print audit report pages generated for your authorized Target URLs from https://seowebchecker.com/ for your own internal business analysis or client reporting, subject to the restrictions set forth in these terms.

You must not:

1. Republish or scrape raw platform material or software binaries from https://seowebchecker.com/ without written permission;
2. Sell, rent, sub-license, or commercialize the SEOWebChecker software engines or core algorithms;
3. Reproduce, duplicate, clone, or copy the proprietary user interface, visual layout, or styling of our platform;
4. Redistribute content or brand collateral from SEOWebChecker (unless specific content or reporting is explicitly labeled and exported for redistribution).

While our audit reports and recommendations are built in accordance with industry best practices and search engine guidelines, SEOWebChecker makes NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER that:

• Implementing recommendations, fixing reported issues, or achieving a 100% SEO audit score will result in higher search engine rankings, increased organic traffic, or improved SERP positions;
• Search engines will crawl, index, or rank your submitted URLs within any specific timeframe;
• Audit scores reflect real-time private ranking algorithms or internal manual actions of any specific search provider.

You acknowledge that you implement any changes to your Target Website at your own discretion and risk.

We encourage and support transparent web citations. The following organizations may link to our Website (https://seowebchecker.com/) without prior written approval:

• Loss or corruption of data, reports, or cache files;
• Any disruptions resulting from third-party API dependencies (such as Google PageSpeed, Wayback Machine, or IndexNow API changes).

For paying customers, our total cumulative liability arising from or related to your use of SEOWebChecker shall in no case exceed the total fees actually paid by you to SEOWebChecker during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEOWebChecker, its contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

1. Your access to or misuse of the SEOWebChecker Services;

SEOWebChecker reserves the absolute right, without prior notice or liability, to terminate or suspend your account, revoke API keys, blacklist IP ranges, or restrict access to the Services immediately, for any reason, including without limitation:

• Breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or automated crawler rate limits;
• Participation in illegal ping aggregations, link spamming, or brute-force scanning;
• Court orders, regulatory mandates, or legal enforcement requests;
• Non-payment of applicable subscription fees for paid enterprise accounts.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate immediately, and you must destroy all unauthorized copies of our software and API materials.

These Terms of Use, your access to our Website, and any legal disputes arising out of or related to our Services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the prevailing laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including the formation or breach thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
